Please don’t love me
Please don’t love me
and I promise to do the same
Please don’t care
nor make any promise to be there.
The relationship is sailing on ice
this sugar coated over hyped dream
comes at a price.
Please don’t love me
and I promise to do the same.
We are better off as stranger’s sharing
then lover’s shearing each other’s skin.
Love, another four letter word
An excuse to seduce, for entrapment,
dependence and domination.
I will not love you
for this time I truly care
Not just for myself or for you
But for this connection, We have
That is rarely there.
Instead I will offer you myself
My joy, my pain, my greatness and my vanity
I wish to be in love and
I invite you to join me
For love does not judge nor demand
neither does it on seeing our weakness, command.
Love is the unknown, uncertain, unstable journey
Of unbecoming and becoming
Lets make an effort to walk together, so that
Someday we can let go and
Find ourselves in love

poem
Poem
Bless my words, my lord
That they be real
So they seep in people’s soul
Not just bounce off their ear
That they have shapes and forms
Angular, triangular, circular or sphere
They come not as sounds but sensations one can feel
A hug, a slap, a kiss,
Perhaps a tear
May my words generate silence
So that we can hear
But above all
Bless me, my lord
That I may rise up to the challenge of
My own words
So my life becomes the poem
Perfecting year after year
Bless my words, my lord
That they be real
So they seep in people’s soul
Not just bounce off their ear
That they have shapes and forms
Angular, triangular, circular or sphere
They come not as sounds but sensations one can feel
A hug, a slap, a kiss,
Perhaps a tear
May my words generate silence
So that we can hear
But above all
Bless me, my lord
That I may rise up to the challenge of
My own words
So my life becomes the poem
Perfecting year after year
